will be closed from 20.05.2021 until presumably the end of July 2021

Shipping is instructed to pass the hydraulic construction site at ESK-km 79.6 with special caution.

The closure of the west trough at the Lüneburg Ship's Hoist, which has been in place since 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 22 May 2018, as part of the basic maintenance work, will be extended until the end of April 2022 as things stand at present.

The east trough will be closed for ongoing maintenance and repair work whenever possible on Mondays and Tuesdays from 07:30 to 11:30. Plannable measures that require a continuous eight-hour closure will always be carried out on Mondays from 07:30 to 15:30, if possible. In these cases, no closures are scheduled on Tuesdays. Notification of weekly closures will be made via NIF and ELWIS.
