How long do I have the right to return?

You have 14 days to register your return after receiving an item eligible for return. The goods must be returned in undamaged condition. You can find more information about returns in our general terms and conditions.

How to return an item:

• Please fill out the return form.
• Place the completed form along with the items you wish to return in the package.
• Send the package to:

• You will then receive the replacement goods or a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the returned goods - in perfect condition - have arrived at our warehouse, you will receive an email from us. The refund amount will be credited to you within the next 5 working days.
